Bethany Pratt is a senior Extension Associate for Nutrition Education for the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Nutrition Education Program. Prior to that, she served for seven years as the Agent for Horticulture Education in Jefferson County. Bethany has worked as a farm to table educator at other organizations including The Food Literacy Project, Berea College, The Farm Institute and as a Peace Corp Volunteer in Ecuador. She is a long-time member of Food in Neighborhoods, co-facilitator of the Louisville Urban Agriculture Coalition and a front yard farmer.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Centre College and a Masters degree in Community & Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky.
